I have in my records:

MACR 14146 - (90th BG) lost Mar 3, 1945, SW Pacific.

Don't know if there are any pics around.

You can obtain a copy of the MACR from Lynn.Gamma@MAXWELL.AF.MIL it is free but does take a couple of months to be processed. If the a/c had a name, it would possibly be on the MACR
