Thank you Cindy for all you've done on this. Even though it's an amazing similarity, there were two Raymond Joseph Bouchers in the same small town and born about a year apart, almost a mirror image of each other. Both were Sargents in the Army Air Corp. They are different people and not related to each other, at least not closely.
I will be requesting my RJB's IDPF from the Army Information Office that should shed more light on his death circumstances.
