Seeking info on TSGT Lester Warren Darr

My grandfathers was TSGT Lester Warren Darr. I remember him talking on the bombers . Some recollect him talk gin about being a gunner/mechinist.
This is all the information I Have, and it is from his Discharge papers:
He serviced with the 319th Bomb SQ 90th Bomb Group out of Fort Douglas, Utah.
Dates of services: Sept 42-Sept 45 Service Number: 39610479 Military Occupation: AP Power Plant Mach 1684; Military Qualification: Air Crew Member Badge (Oct 42). GO 33 WD 45 (General Order 33 and General Order 40 published by the War Department in 1945)
Campaigns:
- Southern Philippians
- NEW Guinea
- BIsmark-Archipelago
- Western Pacific

I am also attaching two photos. My grandfather is the one wearing a shirt with the three other guts(who I would love to know who they are too) and Then my Grandfather in his uniform.

Loyde Adams has him on the Buehler crew.

BUEHLER, LLOYD (pat), 745045, 319th Sqdn. Darr, Lester W. no #, Eldxer, Donald E. no #, Fargo, Robert F. no #, Mohn, Mathew W. no #, Welerton, nfn, no #, Berry, Jesse, no #, Kenny, Robert #35514928, Chapman, Irvin (chappie), 640663,, Bigbym K. D. No other information, from Alcorn’s book. Crew had 65 combat missions.

Grandpa must have been a wild child. On July 6, 1944 Tech Sgt temp Darr and Tech Sgt Watterson were reduced in grade to private. This site does not like when I post copies made from Maxwell PDFs so if you send me your email I will email you a copy of the Squadron order noting this.

I found a document dated 1 Jan 44 promoting him to T/Sgt.

Wanted to add that I just found a photo of a plane he crewed on at one time. The Eager Beaver. From want I know he was a gunner . Attaching photo. Again any suggestion of additional information that can be added I would welcome. Thank you

I would love any documents you can send me.. I realize the he must not have been on the Eager Beaver plane for long (as I am realizing that crews did not always go in the same planes for each mission) as well as this plane was not in serves after late 1943 (*23849 90th BG, 320th BS, "Eager Beaver"completed 77 missions, returned to USA in late 1943 for a war bond drive.,) and he was with the 90th Group through until close to sept 1945 I believe. So I am still on the hunt of any other information on which planes or Groups he was with...
