A neighbor requested that I assist her in learning more about her father's war record. She (amazingly) had his entire military record, which included all his Individual Flight Records (AAF Form #5), which detailed his flights from 12/44 - 9/45 with the 319th. She provided what appears to be a pre-deployment pic (attached) of the crew (other docs in the file have the following crew members named, most of whom are on the photo):

2nd Lt Loren B. Stanley O677157 Pilot
2nd Lt Lyncy D Smith O515127 Copilot
Flt Officer William A Dubrowski T129654 Navigator (my neighbor's father)
2nd Lt George R. Berebitskiy O7883166
Cpl Samuel D Maltby 16085453
Cpl George S. Fridmore 14135616
Cpl Arthur E. Newell Jr 14065074
Cpl Lyle A Peterson 39341501
Cpl James A. Hickey 43025572
Cpl Kenneth E Engle 37538334

If anyone could help me ID the S/N of the A/C and additional pics, I'd greatly appreciate it. I am the genealogist for Project Recover, and assist the organization in identifying next of kin of recovered MIAs.

Crews were not assigned individual planes but were assigned planes for a mission. Have her check his flight records for 3 (sometimes 4) digits for each mission which would be the last three of the tail number.
