My great uncle

My great uncle flew for the 90th group 319th squadron. He was killed in 22 may 1945 near Mindoro island. I believe he was killed while his fellow crew escaped . His name was Walter Clifford Hixson. If anyone has any information picture videos it would mean a lot to me and my family.

Your great uncle was aboard 44-41552 (Pilot Roy E Hurd). According to Wiley Wood's Legacy of the 90th Bomb Group, there were only two survivors of the crash. I only have one poor picture of the aircraft
