That's awesome Bob, thank you!! Incidentally that is Arthur Hoffman aka "521" that painted the nose art. I've been looking for that for a couple years and funnily enough, Dennis Soltis sent it to me just a couple days ago.

I'm looking for this photo of Booby Trap in the clouds for my nose art book. I discovered it in a 90th grouping with an original patch a few years ago and at $700, it was out of my price range. Does anyone have a copy of this photo? Also where was it taken and the approx mission?

Another mystery... who is this gentleman? I would have thought it was Homer King, but his son Michael said it is not. The style does not match Hoffman, Cooper or Eipper.

Did some looking around and found this listed under MACR 15983, but wasn't able to find the actual report. Found these 2 pages. I wasn't able to find the BuNo of the B-24.

Do you recognize this one? There's no number on the tail.

Not sure what the significance of "521" is. I thought perhaps his number, but that is not it.
