my dad William d Hampton (deceased)was honorably discharged from 90th bomb group 321st sq B sq date of discharge march 11 1946. date of induction july 24 1943 active duty aug 9 1943 sent to pto july 24 1945 return to usa feb 18 1946. radio operator gunner sgt. over seas service bar American campaign medal Asiatic- pacific campaign medal phillipine liberation ribbon good conduct medal world war 2 victory medal. I have 10 pictures various including 1 of the nose art of the embraceable you, 1 pic of him outside of Sioux falls sd radio operator school aug 1944 and 1 picture of 1 of the betty green cross surrender planes on ie shima air field Okinawa aug 1945
